Go to the website of the engine maker, They should have a detailed section on tuning the carb.
I cant even rememeber what the carbs look like on RC cars, but from memory, there is only 1 mixture screw and depending on what fuel mixture you ran it needed to be changed.
The basic way of tuning a carb is to screw the mixture screw all the way in, then wind it out a set number of turns BUT DONT DO THIS UNTIL YOU A) know what the mixture screw is and B) know how far to wind the screw out.
