I feel your dilemma. When i was your age I flew remote planes and race car and boats. I would like to say i could be more help but unless there was a way to scan every classified across north America might be your best bet. I`m sure you've pro bally tried eBay already. Maybe you could search R.C hobbyist.

Google it! Also try eBay or local hobby shops – they often have the best stuff for the lowest price.

go to tower hobbies.com click on the coupon that says 25 dollars then type in traxxas stampede and get the ultimate combo it's 210 dollars so it's not too far out of money range it goes 30 mph+ but if your a begginer it'll take a long time to get there

I hate to sink your boat but your not going to find any that will do every single thing you want and be under 200usd. Almost all kits do not include batteries and charger, parts and tools. You may be able to find a truck under 200 but you'll still have things to buy once you've got it.

The traxxas ruster is a very good truck for a 2 wheel drive, and later when you've got the money you can upgrade the brushed motor to a 12 turn titan or a 10 turn epic for more speed.

The only really good quality truck for under 200usd is the team losi mini lst and its a 1/18th scale.

    consider
    - traxxas stampede xl-5 (179)
    - hpi wheelie king (189)
    - 4x4x4 Super Clod Buster Kit (199)
    - Associated RC10 T4 (180)
    - Mini quake or minizillla (179)

Hope you get your birthday truck
