    Well I hope thats a joke because there is not even close to billion Chechens. And Russians mostly just probably killed Civilians.

    Also there is still today suicide bombings in Chechnya. I remember watch a video of one on March or april 2008 when a Russian armored car was struck by a bombing but no Russian died because it was small bomb.
