What is the difference in nitro and gas fueled radio controlled rc trucks?

I want to buy one for my husband and I have found nitro gas and nitro powered rc monster trucks, but I want too know if you can just use gas in the nitro gas or if someone sells just gas powered radio controlled monster trucks.

Radio Controlled Monster Trucks – Tips On Building Your Own Track

Adults and children both desire the feel of power and complete control, even when they are playing, or doing any other activity or just displaying the features and design of their really own exceptional radio controlled monster truck.

The growing fame of this radio controlled vehicle not just as toys for playing but as an obsessive hobby provoked the steady development of the obtainable models.
